This is a very quick recipe with surprisingly distinguished taste from my kitchen. I made it last week when I was in hurry as it takes not much time to be served. As the name indicates, it has a mild flavor; so any protien dish with comparatively stronger flavor would be a very good match.
I made it with 500 gm long grained rice. Take the rice, clean it and boil it until just cooked. Drain out the water and set aside to dry. Take 100 gm of whole prawn. Remove and head and tail of the prawns, clean and keep aside. Take 100 gm of julienne cut chicken, clean and keep aside. Take 100 gm of fresh broccoli cut into small flowers, clean and set aside. In a small cup, take 3 tbsp of palm sauce and 3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar. Mix and keep aside. Heat up 4 or 5 tbsp of refined oil and add the chicken, prawn and broccoli follwed by 1 tsp of minced ginger. Stir fry until aromatic and then add the sauce mixture into it. Stir fry for a minute. Now add the boiled rice into the the wok and stir fry. Add salt to taste. Mix the seasoning well and adjust to taste. Serve hot immediately with a strong flavored main course.
